FD Building completed a full interior renovation of a residential property designed to operate as a themed short-term rental Airbnb. The goal of the project was to create a memorable guest experience while improving the property’s overall presentation and rental performance.

The renovation focused on transforming the property into a coastal-inspired “Seahouse” concept, designed to attract guests seeking a relaxing and visually distinctive vacation stay.
