Adravious “Dra” White
Director of DevelopmentAdravious White leads development strategy and investment-focused renovation projects at FD Building. With a background in real estate investment and property development, he focuses on identifying opportunities to improve property value through thoughtful renovation and disciplined project planning.
Before entering the real estate industry, Adravious served in the United States Navy, where he developed the leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills that continue to guide his approach to development and project execution. At FD Building, he oversees project sourcing, renovation strategy, and development planning while working closely with investors, homeowners, and project partners.
Franklin “Frank” Johnson
Director of ConstructionFranklin Johnson leads construction operations and project execution at FD Building. With extensive hands-on experience in residential construction and renovation, he oversees the day-to-day coordination of renovation projects to ensure they are completed with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Frank also served in the United States Navy, where he built a strong foundation of discipline, teamwork, and operational leadership. At FD Building, he manages construction oversight, contractor coordination, and on-site project execution, helping ensure that renovation projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
