FD Building LLC was founded by brothers Frank Johnson and Adravious (“Dra”) White, who started with a simple mission: build a better future through real estate. What began as two young investors flipping distressed homes with sweat equity and limited resources has grown into a full-scale real estate development company with a proven track record across Georgia and Alabama.

Over the years, FD Building has purchased, renovated, and sold more than $15 million of real estate, mastering every stage of the investment cycle from acquisition, due diligence, and construction, to leasing, property management, and resale. As our expertise grew, so did our vision. We expanded from flipping homes to buy-and-hold investing, building a portfolio of 13+ rental doors valued in the multi-million-dollar range. Our projects are funded through a strategic mix of private capital, hard-money lending, and traditional mortgage financing.

As the volume and complexity of our projects increased, FD Construction was created to support our development pipeline. What started as an internal construction arm has since grown into one of the most trusted and reputable contracting teams in the Columbus, GA and Phenix City, AL area responsible for hundreds of renovations in the community, including residential remodels, commercial buildouts, and full-scale flip rehabs.
